Flights to Cyprus

To get to Panoramic Village in Mazotos, the nearest International Airport is Larnaca Airport. You will need to check times and flights as these are sometimes restricted at different times of the year. Current airlines flying to Cyprus and useful flight sites are listed below. From the airport you will need to drive or take a taxis to Panoramic Village, which is in the village of Mazotos, about 15 km from Larnaca airport.

At the exit to the airport (do not take the Nicosia road) turn left at the first roundabout and follow the coast road towards Meneou, Kiti and Mazotos. Go straight through the next 2 roundabouts, filter left at the next set of traffic lights and then turn immediately right at the T junction signposted to Mazotos 13km.

Continue on through Meneou village, minding the speed bumps, and then Kiti village, again minding the speed bumps. Turn right at the signpost to Mazotos just past a Petrolina petrol station on the left. Continue down this road for around 6 km until you reach the Mazotos Camel Park on the left. Turn right into the F403 for the village of Mazotos. Continue past the Hadjlos Valley development on the left and a road signposted to Agios Xenofon on the right. Just before entering the 30 mph speed limit of Mazotos you will see a second signpost to Agios Xenofon 1km, by a tree in the middle of the road.

Turn right into this road and continue until you reach a T junction. Turn right and then first left into the Panoramic Village Development. Turn right to continue round the access road past all of the plain white buildings until you reach the first Panoramic Village building (with the distinctive tiled roofs and roof furniture) on your right. This is Phase 1, Block A. Apartment A101 is located on the first floor with a reserved parking bay is available at ground level.

Car Hire in Cyprus

Hiring a car in Southern Cyprus is easier and cheaper than in many other countries. The main roads are very good and you drive on the left, as in the UK. From Panoramic Village you are able to reach most parts of the island by car within 1-2 hours. To hire a car you need to be aged over 18 and have a valid driving license.

You can usually arrange to pick your car up at Larnaca Airport, or book a transfer to Panoramic Village and then have the car delivered to you. But remember, most car hire companies will not allow their cars to be taken across the border into Northern Cyprus as their car insurance is not valid in the North. If you do want to travel to the North you must check with the car hire company that they are able to comply with this requirement and you will have to buy additional insurance at the border.
