Payment Terms

**Prices are for the property per week, with a minimum stay of 4 nights except in exceptional circumstances and agreed at the time of booking.  In these circumstances a surcharge may be added.

**Payment is by Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque or PayPal. There is no extra charge for credit card payments.

**A deposit of 25% will be collected within 3 days of a confirmed booking, with the balance being paid 8 weeks before commencement of booking. Cancellation terms apply as described at the time of booking.

**A non refundable breakage waiver of £30 (or a refundable breakage deposit of £100) is payable along with the final balance payment for the booking
