We stayed in this apartment located in Mazotos village from 04 to 18 August 2013. Mazotos perhaps is one of the best villages in Cyprus, basically located between two cities – Larnaca and Limassol. It is only 20 minutes drive from the airport (15 km).

The village has its own Mazotos beach (2km from the apartment), which was recently converted into a “cool” beach with sun-beds, umbrellas and a cute beach bar. There are other nice beaches nearby as well: Mackenzie beach being the most popular one (10 minutes drive only). Driving towards Limassol will lead you to another nice village, Zigi (18 km), which is popular with its fish taverns.

The apartment is newly repaired, and well furnished. We got it clean with all the necessary stuff included. It also has satellite TV and WiFi internet (was included in the rent price), which is something very unusual for Cyprus.

We will go back there with pleasure again next year.

For our family, Panoramic Village is an oasis in the Cyprian desert countryside. We liked how it's kind of nestled securely on top of beautiful hills, surrounded by lovely tourist holiday homes and apartments, above the quiet and picturesque Mazotos village. The apartment was pretty, clean, modern, spacious and well-appointed. It contained every amenity necessary for a family travelling with young children; I was especially grateful that there were two full bathrooms. It was exactly for our family or any family who just want to spend quality, independent, family-time in a quiet and secluded place away from the mayhem of traditional tourist areas. Still, when we were ready to, we were able to travel easily (with very little time) to all the top tourist destinations and have our fill of that. We really liked this about Mazotos.

There is the custom at Panoramic Village to leave behind what you don't want to bring back from your trip. It was a relief to find tea and sugar on our arrival and a host of other non-perishables that made arriving at night with two children a breeze. I would jog daily and at night my husband would roam the cheerful, narrow streets with our young son. Our daughter was the proverbial duck in the pool (there is one for each apartment block), which is long enough to do short laps in.

The villagers were welcoming and helpfully spoke English. There were well-stocked shops aplenty in the village. Still, my husband also took advantage of the fact that the Mazotos is within a good driving distance to many of Cyprus's more common tourist areas for specific gourmet fare.

I wouldn't choose Panoramic Village, Mazotos for heady nightlife or frenetic beach culture or anything like that. It's not that sort of place. With its hidden beach area (which is a short drive away), it's for people who want a private, do-it-yourself holiday in excellent, romantic surroundings alone, as a couple or with a family. I'd recommend it for this.

This was my first time in Cyprus. I hired a car at the airport and with the directions that I was given, I found the property with no problem. Travel time from airport to appartment was only 15 min. The appartment had everything we needed including washing machine and iron. Clean, well maintained and excellent value. We will be back. The location was great to see the island. Day 1 we toured the local areas from Larnaca to Limasol. Day 2 we went to the left side of Cyprus along the stunning and historical coast to Pafos and back through the hills. Day 3 we toured the right side to Aiga Nappa. Day 4 we went north to the Capital city Niccosia. Day 5 we drove to the top of the Trodas Moumtains. All I can say is its STUNNING.

The accommodation was excellent, great apartment, clean, spacious and in a great location for access all over the island and to the airport. The apartment has everything you need, as well as a great welcome pack for those who request it. The facilities and equipment are great with good outside seating on the balcony as well as two good bathrooms one with a bath as well as a shower.

The apartment is very clean and great for entertaining. The pool despite being November was still warm enough to swim in and has really comfortable loungers. The pool and showers etc beside it were really clean and the whole complex was well looked after. The apartment is in a great position for getting about on the island and the car hire company recommended by the vendor was well priced and ideal for the journeys we were doing around the island and across to the north

I would highly recommend the apartments to both families, and groups of up to 6, The apartment is one of the best i have stayed in and meant that we had a great stay on the island.

Despite going in November we had great weather, it was up to 27 degrees and 5 of our 7 days, This time of year was ideal for me who can get really burnt, but i still got great colour and it made traveling around the island pleasant and a welcome break from the English rain!!! The town also has a good superemarket which we used on a regular basis.

The booking system and information prior to travelling was excellent.
The apartment was spacious. The two bedrooms were generous in size, although we found the second bathroom/shower room to be beyond tiny. ( We were also unsure why the shower room was not built to be an en suite to the master bedroom)
The kitchen was was equipped, (we did use it) The main living area was large with sofa and dining table with 6 chairs.

The apartment was clean.
The pool area looked inviting but we did not use it.
I believe we paid a fair price for our stay

The flat was very clean and fully-fitted. The indications of the owner to come were very good and helpful. The apartment was spacious, pleasant to live. The only thing we didn't find was a barbecue.

it's very calm in april because there are only few people.
you have to take the car to buy things or to go to visit.

A well appointed and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area. Mazotos is quite rural, which makes for a quiet holiday. Perfect for us. There are two small supermarkets in the village and if you cant get all you need, there are at least two hypermarkets within 20 minutes drive. Conveniently located for access to both Larnaka and Limassol.

The apartment is in an accessible location, and provided a great base within easy driving distance to Larnaca, Mazatos the beach, and main roads to explore the island. The directions provided by the owner from the airport to the apartment were very easy to follow and we found our way there with ease. The apartment itself was very spacious and nicely decorated, the kitchen facilities were clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool to ourselves most of the time, and found all facilities well maintained. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Lovely spacious apartment - better kitchen than we have at home! Aircon in bedrooms was a lovely temperate. Two bathrooms was very useful, both great. Very spacious balcony with great mountain view. Great value for money. Description of apartment was very accurate and communication with owner was fantastic! Pool area was superb, very clean and often we had it to ourselves. Toilets and changing rooms were always clean and we were the only key-holders. Mazotos is a very quiet village, with two shops and two bars. Taxi to Larnaca is €23/24 if car is not hired. Weather was amazing! Great choice if you are looking to go on a relaxing holiday, get lots of sun or venture into Larnaca 2/3 times.
